" We have three instances in Georgia. Decision of the third instance is final, because there is no higher court, but this decision has been suspended because we recognize the jurisdiction of the Strasbourg Court. The Strasbourg Court can not cancel the decision of the national court, but it has the right to demand to re-consider the case,"- said Sozar Subari.
