"This decision, which was taken yesterday was intended for a short-term effect of applause," - this statement was made by the daughter of Rusudan Kervalishvili, Nino Daraseli in Saturday`s Courier.

Nino Daraseli said the company had the resources and the victims could have been reimbursed, however, the proposal of the prosecutor`s office offer did not include the removal of arrest on the seized property.
Nino Daraseli said, there was an investor who did not have the financial benefits and was interested in the purchase of land, thus enabling to build housing for the victims. According to her, apartments can build at the expense of selling real estate .

Daraseli said that there are 4000 which are to receive 1500 apartments.

"I want to apologize to the victims o n behald of my family," - said Daraseli.
