The lands give to the Georgian Dream former and current members- among those people is one of the party`s former MP and now the president of the Olympic Committee, Leri khabelov. His family received a swimming pool, located in the town of Borjomi with an obligation to restore the original function of the building and additionally received 2300 square meters for 50 000 GEL that is 1 square meters for 21 GEL One of the conditions for the investor iwas to give the right to the Borjomi public school students to use the swimming pool for free in the designated time.

On December 18, 2014, by the decision of the Government, the 4170 square meters of land in Sandro Euli street were given for 500 000 GELA to the Georgian Dream former MP Valeri Gelashvili`s company when he was an MP. He said that more than 2 million he has already spent on the foundation of the building but could not continue the construction.

4200 square meters, were given by the City Hall and the City Council to Zviad Nazgaidze, the brother of Rustavi 2 trial judge. Assembly opposition publicized for the first time confidential documents, which show that other investors had interest in both plots of land as well .

According to the documents, it appears that the developer addressed the City Hall on February, 2015. Why the Economy Ministry has decided to sell the land through direct sales, while there was investors` interest is unclear. It is also unclear why the price of plots was determined as 500 000 GEL.
The government annually sells via direct sale hundreds of different objects with the obligation to set up enterprises and employ people.
