Adjara police has 10 days to reveal the organizers of the unrest in Batumi. This request to law enforcement iwas expressed by the lawyers of suspects who otherwise promise to publicize the materials of the case.

One of his lawyer, David Japaridze said that the situation became tense after the the head of the non-govermental organization Merab Ghoghoberidze arrived at the rally.

The Interior Ministry. responded to the request of the lawyers. They say that they were working on revealing the organizers of the unrest.
