Members of the High Council of Justice refrain from comments , linked to staffing of the Grand Chamber, discussing the case of Rustavi2.
Levan Murusidze, a Secretary of the council responds on the question if the Supreme Court is obliged to inform the side in regard to gathering and staffing the chamber . He states that a response is beyond his authority.
" I am not aware of it, I have not followed it. The Supreme Court comments and voices all details, which they believe, is important. I do not a right or authority to express my opinion on this issue,"- said Levan Murusidze.
Merab Gabinashvili, member of the High Council of Justice also comments on the issue.
"When a party requests for information, it should be delivered. But in regard ti the procedures, I would recommend you to appeal to the press Office of the Supreme Court,"- Merab Gabinashvili says.
