International Chamber of Commerce has responded to the ECHR decision on Rustavi 2 case.

The executive director of the  International Chamber of Commerce said that the government`s position on this decision based on the possible obstruction for business is groundless.

"It"s good that Strasbourg has suspended whole process, which may have caused a severe blow to the business and economy ... the Strasbourg decision stressed once again that the good faith purchasers can not be deprived of their property for a variety of reasons, even such ones , as were used against Rustavi-2,"- said the Executive director of the ICC Georgia, Zurab Katchkatchishvili.
