The Prosecutors had been demanding the release of Guram Rcheulishvili in exchange of a bail worth 50 000 GEL, but in the end the judge released Rcheulisvili after 30 thousand GEL bail was paid. Rcheulishvili`s 9-month pre-trial detention term was due to end in a few days.

He was accused of embezzlement of 19 million lari.
