Seventh anniversary of a plane crash that killed President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and 94 others. The memorial events are held across the whole of Poland.

A leader of the country and daughter of Lech Kaczynski laid wreath on the tomb of the late president and his wife. Jaroslaw Kaczynski, his twin brother laid flowers in front of the Presidential palace in Warsaw. 

A special commission appointed by the government to re-investigate the crash is to present its findings later Monday.
