A Chairman of Parliament criticizes the Strasbourg Court in regard to the case of Rustavi2. Later the whole ruling party endorsed the opinion , that the Strasbourg Court made a decision under pressure of oppositional parties, president and non-governmental sector.
The opposition says that such statements reinforce the idea that Rustavi-2"s capture is in the interests of the government and is confident ,that this comment will become an additional evidence for the Strasbourg Court .
Civil sector rules out possibility to influence the European Court of Human Rights. The Media Development Foundation Publicizes statistics, according to which Georgian Dream can not complain about impartiality, because most of the decisions the Strasbourg Court has taken in times of the previous government.
