Eliso Kiladze, an editor of Cronicle Plus Kronika publicized video footage of her son`s detention. According to the journalist, this video was provided to her bu one of the witnesses who witnessed the detention of Davit Kharshiladze himself. The witness himself speaks about the incident and says that he has repeatedly asked the law enforcers to attend the search, which was rejected. Davit Kharshiladze`s voice saying that he had nodrugs is also heard in the video.

According to the case materials, Davit Kharshiladze`s lawyers claim that three policemen were involved in the detention and search, but up to ten police officers were spotted in the video.

"I was not allowed to attend the search because drugs were planted," - the voice of eyewitness is heard in the video recording.
