European Georgia proposes to hold a plebiscite in relation to the presidential elections and the transition to the proportional system before the final approval of the constitutional amendments. Leader of the party ,Davit Bakradze made an announcement at the special briefing. 

Davit Bakradze says that adoption of the constitutional amendments developed by the ruling party will further deepen the existing political confrontation.

he states hat conducting a survey on the most important issues will reduce the risk of confrontation.

According to him, the the whole oppositional spectrum, president and non-governmental sector oppose the amendments.
