Davit Kharshiladze case - Aleksandre Japoshvili accuses Eliso Kiladze of violating presumption of innocence

Eliso Kiladze is accused of violating the presumption of innocence. According to Aleksandre Japoshvili, the editor of the Kronika Plus named him yesterday among the law enforcers who participated in the detention of Eliso Kiladze`s son when, as he claims ,he has not been working in the police since 2004 and never has had contact with Davit Kharshiladze`s case.

Japoshvili plans to sue the journalist.

Kronika Plus editor has responded to this statement. According to Eliso Kiladze, Aleksandre Japoshvili is a patrol police officer according to 2016 data and the Prosecutor`s Office of Tbilisi questioned him as a witness.
