Parents of disabled persons are holding a protes action at the Ministry of Finance.

Parents are requesting to increase the budget of rehabilitation programs for children with disabilities.

Parents say that children are financed only in some regions and the rest of the children remain without funding.

In the case of non-fulfillment of their demands, participants of the rally will apply  the extreme form of protest
