At the Human Rights Committee session, in connection with the Public Defender`s report the Chair of the Supreme Court Nino Gvenetadze presented her positions.

She talked about the decision of the European Court of Human Rights on the case of Rustavi2 . Nino Gvenetadze called on the society to get acquainted with the decision and the judgments of the Supreme Court concerning the case.

"I consider it too much to evaluate the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. We respect the decision, we are the judiciary, we do not have these assessments, we know this decision and we call on the public to get acquainted with our decision and judgements that are made on this case, "- said Nino Gvenetadze.
