NGOs are holding a rally outside the High Council of Justice

NGOs are holding the rally in front the Supreme Council of Justice. They protest against appointment of Levan Murusidze, the Secretary of the Council Secretary. The activities of the former judge of the Supreme Court should be discussed at the sitting of the High Council of Justice today.

It is not excluded that the case will be directly addressed to the Secretary of the Council, Levan Murusidze .

According to NGOs, the Supreme Council of Justice does not have a legal basis to appoint Levan Murusidze as a lifetime judge.
