The Public Defender of Georgia calls the accident in the Tkibuli shaft "murder".
The ombudsman says that all those persons who do not share the necessity of creating labor inspection in Georgia are responsible for what happened.
According to Ucha Nanuashvili, the state is responsible for the disaster that has occurred due to violation of security norms.
The Ombudsman states that, if the security situation in the country does not change, the situation might be even worse.
Representatives of the Ombudsman"s Office is planning to arrive in Tkibuli today.
"This is not an accident, it is a murder. The Public Defender has repreatedly stated during four years that it is necessary to create effective labor inspection in the country. The state is responsible for these killings. Perhaps, the time has come when the state should reconsider the situation in the country. Some sanctions must be made to ensure that minimum standards of security are protected in the country. If the change of approach does not happen from the state, it may be worse, "said Ucha Nanuashvili.
