According to the Ministry, despite fines and deadlines set to improve the situation, the company continued to violate the law, which was confirmed as a result of the latest surveys.

According to the Ministry, the Public Defender requested to suspend the license for the company, however, the agency refused to take this step in order to reduce suspension of production process.

Georgian Marganets categorically contradicts appointment of a appointment of a special manager for the company and does not exclude to appeal this decision.
