Institute for Freedom of Information recommends state agencies. The recommendation of the organization is that the number of unpublished cases in the public procurement electronic system should be reduced.

The organization ois holding a conference on state procurement legislation and practice in Eastern Partnership countries. A new bilingual website has been developed to compare the countries` experiences.

According to the authors of the report, the state procurement system is in place, but there are some shortcomings. The country is second in the ranking of Eastern Partnership countries and Ukraine occupies the first place.
