The City Court will continue the discussion on the legality of transfer of millions of property to judge Nata Nazghaidze`s family from July 3. The trial is initiated by City Coucil opposition parties.

The united opposition of the City coucil speaks about the illegal and alleged corruption deal and demands to cancel the decision , according to which Zviad Nazaidze was given the property worth of 1 mln GEL.

Marina Datukishvili, member of the United National Movement faction of Tbilisi City Coucil, notes that they applied to the court with the petition and requested the interrogation of the mayor of the city.

Khatuna Samnidze, the chairperson of the Republican Party of Georgia, notes that they had requested from the court the interrogation of all participants involved in the alleged corruption scheme. The opposition hopes that Davit Narmania will have to answer all questions at the Court.
