As the Independence Day draws near, a celebration is expected to take place in Tbilisi. Alongside with the Independence day the 850th anniversary of Shota Rustaveli will be celebrated throughout the city.
The preparation of the events has already begun .  IThe Rustaveli Avenue has been blocked .
Various departments have arranged thematic spaces on the main avenue. A special alley is being arranged in the territory of Parliament where couples will get the chance to get married on the special day.
The ceremonial events will start at 11:00 tomorrow and end at 23:00, with the Gala Concert at the Rose Square.
