Judges of the Court of Appeals Levan Murusidze and Tamar Alania have not known anything yet about the resignation of the Chairperson of the Court of Appeals

Rustavi 2 has been recently informed by the Court of Appeal that Valery Tsertsvadze was leaving the post of chairperson. Tsertsvadze named as the reason the iPlus-related court dispute and explained that he wanted to eliminate extra questions on the case.

According to Tamar Alania, the High Council of Justice should make a final decision regarding Valeri Tsertsvadze`s resignation.

"The decision has not yet been made by the High Council of Justice, the decision of Valeri tsetsvadze it will be either satisfied or not , the Supreme Council of Justice should discuss the issue," - Tamar Alania said.

On the other hand Valeri Tsertsvadze and his family members argued that the chairman of the Court of Appeal had nothing to do with iTechnic. Among them was Valeri Tsertsvadze"s spouse, the general manager of iTechnic.
