The High Council of Justice has received a notice on the resignation of Valerian Tsertsvadze, the chairperson of the Court of Appeals . Members of the Supreme Council will discuss the issue of Tsertsvadze"s replacement.

One of the candidates is Mikheil Chinchaladze. He has been named by the member of the High Council of Justice- Shota Getsadze. Merab Gabinashvili was named as substitute for Tsertsvadze as well.

The Council meeting continues on the background of debates. There is a difference of opinions between the members of the council on the candidates.

Other members of the council do not agree with Mchedlishvili"s demand. Presumably, voting will be held today.
