20 acting judges have left the Judges` Unity. The reason is the criticism and comments on the High Council of Justice Today, the organization responded to the decision of 20 judges .

"The Council of Justice members are actively trying to use all the possibilities and legislative deficiencies to adopt solutions that are tailored to narrow interests, which resulted in the expulsion of very dignified and valued personnel from the system because they their term was not expanded after the expiration. The decisions are taken by the Executive Board of the Organization, which has 7 members and the published statement was made by seven members. Judge Natia Gujabidze took part in the decision of the Board, "- said Maia Bakradze, the Chairman of the Board of Judges.

According to Besik Sikvadze, a member of the Board of Judges Unity, the decision revealed that the situation is difficult today in the judiciary system. According to his assessment, the court is frightened and this decisionwas dictated by fear.
