Vicious practice of supplements and bonuses in public institutions . According to the special conclusion prepared by the Audit Office, the amount paid for bonuses from the state budget increases annually.

The conclusion also deals with specific departments. The general auditor has commented on these issues recently to the Courier.

The government has already adopted a resolution in 2014 to regulate granting bonuses. Lasha Tordia says that bonuses and supplements in particular ministries were issued in violation of this rule.

These agencies are MIA, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Corrections and Finance. As indicated in the conclusion, these ministries have been granting bonuses bypassing the established limits and the amount of bonuses is increasing every year.

According to the head of the Audit Office, the recommendation will be issued on the introduction of additional regulations for issuing bonuses and supplements.
