Lithuania"s Foreign Minister answered questions about the developments in regard to the case of Rustavi2 in an exclusive interview with the broadcasting company. According to him, existence of media pluralism and freedom of media are important issues for the democratic country.

According to him, an exclusive interview with Rustavi 2 expresses Lithuania’s support for freedom of speech.

"Everyone should understand the position. We always sat that freedom of media and media diversity are very important. we are closely watching the developments,"- said the Lithuanian Foreign Minister.
