Meeting with defense experts is being held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in connection with a Georgian pilot ,Soso Osorauli, kept in captivity in Congo. The experts themselves are waiting for the official statement of the Foreign Ministry and refrain from speaking about the details.
The meeting in the Foreign Ministry has lasted for several hours . Former Defense Minister Davit Tevzadze was among the experts at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Davit Tevzadze thinks that the government will take all measures on this issue and it is not necessary to create noise around Soso Osorauli`s case.
"They will make an official announcement and if I do not like anything in this statement, then I"ll tell you. The less noise on this topic there is, the better, "- Davit Tevzadze said.
We remind you that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs disseminated information about Soso Osorauli`s possible deaths based on the UN letter, although this certificate is not confirmed and the work continues in this regard.
Amiran Salukvadze, former commander of the Georgian Air Forces, believes that all should wait for the official statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Soso Osorauli`s brother also attended today`s meeting. The main requirement of the relatives of the Georgian pilot is to receive information about his whereabouts and his health status.
