The 100% shareholder of the company - Mshenebeli 3 is Zurab Tsereteli"s grandson - Vasil Tsereteli, while directors are Manana Kirchkheli and Levan Chkareuli.

Manana Kirchkheli refused to comment .

Sergo Shavgulishvili, the representative of Zurab Tsereteli denies the information about confrontation.
" Mr. Zurab Tsereteli had neither the construction company, nor problems,"- Mr. Shavgulidze said.
