The consideration on merits of Mikheil Tatarishvili case continues on the background of contradictory testimony. At today"s hearing seven witnesses were questioned.All seven of them are employees of the canteen where as the family members say Tatarishvili was detained. The witnesses gave testimony different from the testimony of the police. The police claimed that the arrest took place on the Surami highway where the protocol was written and only after that Tatarishvili was detained. According to the testimonies of witnesses, the detention took place in one of the diners in Surami. The police did not comply with the protocol and did not conduct the search of the detainee on the ground. The lawyer does not exclude that these facts change the circumstances of the investigation.

Mikhail Tatarishvili`s father Lado Tatarishvili says that the protocol on his son"s detention was not compiled and no search was conducted.
