Debates on the case of Azerbaijani journalist Afgan Mukhtarly have begun in the European Parliament. The deputies are discussing the decision regarding the resolution. According to reports, at European Union may choose negotiation regarding this matter instead of a severe warning.
European commissioner Johannes Hahn is set to visit Baku tomorrow. The main issue of negotiations will be the case of Afgan Mukhtarly.
