The Court will question those policemen who were involved in the video footage released by Eliso Kiladze, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Kronika Plus" and were present at the time of her son`s detention. This decision was made by the judge today during the consideration on merits of the case. The interrogation petition was raised by the defense.

Today, the judge refused to release David Kharshiladze despite the fact that the chairperson of the Bar Association Zaza Khatiashvili was the guarantor of the prisoner .
In parallel to the fact, the Prosecutor"s Office of the city has ceased running the case against policemen whom Davit Kharshiladze accused of violent actions. The Public Defender also spoke about the suspicious circumstances in the case.
