Tornike Sharashenidze, the founder of the Georgian Strategic Analysis Center believes that would be unacceptable if the team, who won elections with 48 percents would have a chance to adopt a decision on constitutional monarchy.
In his opinion, it is necessary to conduct a referendum to take such a step.
He does not exclude that the majority mat justify the decision of abolition the presidential institution with this decision.
"Maybe it is an attempt to compensate abolition of the presidential institution. But can they decide something like a referendum? Of course not. Because it is such a serious issue that it can not be resolved by a group that was voted by 48% in elections,"- said Tornike Sharashenidze.
