The President of Georgia has refused today to appoint an extraordinary session .
According to the procedure, in case of the President`s refusal, the Parliament has the right to take the decision to hold the meeting and the majority will use this right.
"The consent of the president is not necessary to hold an extraordinary meeting. Therefore, we will hold the session tomorrow, "- said Mamuka Mdinaradze, the chairman of the faction" Georgian Dream ".
When asked whether 48 hours have passed from the president`s refusal till the Bureau sitting, Mamuka Mdinaradze says that it 48 hours have passed.
Zaza Gabunia, the deputy chairperson of the parliamentary faction "Georgian Dream - Greens", says that the extraordinary session, which will consider the constitutional amendments in the first hearing, will be appointed at 12 o"clock tomorrow.
