The Constitutional Court today will continue to hold a hearing on a suit filed by more than 300 citizens and the Public Defender.

The applicants complained about the amendments to the law on wiretapping recieved by the Parliament a few months ago, according to which the right to conduct wiretapping was granted.to the State Security Service Agency

At the same time, the parliamentary secretary of the president explains the reasons why Giorgi Margvelashvili applied to the Constitutional Court for opinion.

According to Ana Dolidze, the law is contrary to the decision of the Constitutional Court of Georgia taken a year ago.
