The footage shows process of Shota Pakeliani"s search after his detainment. According to the footage police officers undress the detainee and search him without attendance of Extraneous persons.

Shota Pakeliani was detained on March 23, 2017 for possession and consumption of drugand was released after two months of pre-trial detention. The detainee was blaming policemen of planting drugs and beating him brutally.

Giorgi Makharadze, lawyer of Shota Pakeliani says that the footage confirms what kind of misdemeanor took place during Mr. Pakeliani"s detainment.
According to the European Court of Human Rights, it was degrading treatment," - Shota Pakeliani"s lawyer said.
