Representative of Public Defender"s office visits Irakli Chkhvirkvia

A representative of the Public Defender"s office has visited Irakli Chkhvirkvia, detained due to organizing a disorder in Batumi. According to him, prisoner still continues hunger strike.

The accused is on hunger strike for the sixth day, However the Ministry of Corrections denies this information.
Mr. Chckvirkvia protests the court decision, according to which he remains in a pre-trial detention.
