Mustafa Emre Chabuk, a detained manager of Demirale College is waiting for a refugee status. The procedure has already begun, the representative of the Ministry of Refugees and Resettlement has been considering the issue for about 4 hours today. If he is granted the status, he will not be extradited to another country.

Political beliefs, religion, race, ethnicity, belonging to a certain social group - if according to these five criteria of the Geneva Convention, Demireli college manager is threatened in his own country, then he should be granted a refugee status. The Ministry of Refugees and Resettlement will decide whether to grant a status.
