The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center publishes the survey results. The document refers on effectiveness and competence of the mandate of the Public defender based on the law on elimination of all forms of discrimination.

The NGO has developed special recommendations that will strengthen the mandate of the Ombudsman"s Office and improve their activities.
