According to a decision ,taken by the Batumi City Court, Irakli Chkvirkvia and Merab Gogoberidze remain in custody.

The judge has not satisfied the motion of the defense .

Both detainees have demanded to change the preliminary detention due to family conditions.

Irakli Chkhvrikia and Merab Ghoghoberidze who are detained for arranging the disorder in Batumi have been detained for more than four months, but they do not plead guilty.
