Mikheil Saakashvili is not able to present Ukraine at this stage - this is the first official comment of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine regarding possible extradition of the third president of Georgia.

According to the first Deputy Minister of Justice, Saakashvili"s extradition will be possible only when the Georgian Court will complete hearings on the cases against him.

"Nothing happened in Ukraine except that Mikheil Saakashvili crossed the border. The documents received by our Ministry and Prosecutors" office confirms that there are launched criminal cases against him in Georgia,"- said Denis Chernishov.
