A so-called Case of Jackets is underway at the Tbilisi City Court. The case was reviewed with the prosecution"s evidences. According to the defense , the accusation is groundless and there are no evidences .

According to Temur Janashia"s lawyer, testimonies of the witnesses of the Prosecutor"s Office confirm the absurdity of the case.

The former head of the State Security Service is accused of embezzlement eight million GEL from the state budget.
