Noise and confrontation in Batumi - two people are wounded

Noise and confrontation in Batumi Due to a dispute in Pirosmani Street, construction company Real Palace two shareholders were wounded in the leg area.

The reason for confrontation is unknown. However,eyewitnesses say that participants of the incident are close relatives of each other. The wounded were taken to Batumi Referral Hospital.

The medical staff refused to comment in front of the camera. In private, they say that one of them will be discharged from the hospital tomorrow and the other is in need of surgical intervention.

The criminal case has been ilaunched and the investigation is under way under Article 117 of the Criminal Code of Georgia which implies intentional serious damage to health.

The law enforcers have already detained Ramaz Khimshiashvili who was involved in in the incident. Khimshiashvili is one of the main actors of the famous events of March 11-12 in Batumi. The unrest in Batumi followed his detention then.
