The doctors and Iashvili"s clinic management can have their dispute in court. The doctors are filing a claim against clinic management to protect their rights. The dismissed Medi Staff believes that their dismissal was carried with violation of the law and under pressure from the medical center. The decision of the Clinic administration is unclear and unlawful for the dismissed doctors.

The chief doctor of the medical institution denies the financial crisis and explains that 87 employees were released after reorganization. Ivane Chkhaidze claims that management had communicated with each of them and did not infringe the Georgian Labor Code.

At the end of the day the Ministry of Health has released a statement about the released employees of Iashvili Clinic and advised doctors to appeal to the court.
