Donald Trump has signed a budget for 2018, in which in the chapter on Russian aggression occupied territories of Georgia are mentioned.

According to the document, governments that recognize independence of territories occupied by Russia, including occupied Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region, or establish diplomatic relations,will not benefit from funding allocated by the central government .
