A discussion of the general plan of Tbilisi has failed due to a noisy confrontation in the hotel "Biltmore.

A confrontation took a place between Vato Shakarashvili, the leader of Tbilisi City council faction "Georgian Dream" and Elene Khoshtaria, one of the leaders of "European Georgia".

According to Khoshtaria, Vato Shakarashvili insulted her verbally.
"Your representatives called me a whore,"- Khoshtaria said.
