Démarche against Beselia and sanctioning of MPs who expressed protest - Davit Tchitchinadze speaks about another confrontation in "Georgian Dream"

The confrontation in the ruling team is getting worse. Davit Chichinadze openly talked about another confrontation in the parliamentary majority.

The MP speaks about disagreements between Mamuka Mdinaradze"s supporters and Eka Beselia, which resulted in informal sanctions against part of MPs.

A member of the parliamentary majority states that sanctions were imposed on lawmakers, who at the last sitting of the Legal Committee held demarche against Eka Beselia"s and left the sitting in protest.

Vano Zardiashvili, Davit Matikashvili, Giorgi Khatidze, Anri Okhanashvili and Rati Ionatamishvili were supposedly among those sanctioned.

That is why MP Chichinadze threatens the chairperson of the Georgian Dream faction, saying that Mamuka Mdinaradze should leave parliamentary position.
"If the Chairperson of the Faction does not agree with the Chairperson of the party, I think he has no moral right to be the chairperson of the "Georgian Dream ". Mamuka Mdinaradze has a very bad idea about parliamentarianism in general, "- said Davit Chichinadze.

Mamuka Mdinaradze declares that he cannot respond seriously to the colleague"s opinion that he should leave the chairmanship of the faction and Mdinaradze names internal party consultations as the way to solve problems.
