Case of Condoms - City Court recognizes Director of "AIISA" guilty

The City Court found Ani Gachechiladze, the Director of " AIISA" guilty and imposed a fine- 500 GEL .Ani Gachechiladze has to remove the product from sale within a week .

The dispute was underway between the City Supervision Service and LLC "AIISA", which produces stickers and puts them on transparent packages of condoms.

The municipality protested the products produced by the company, which included the Queen Tamar"s picture g.

According to Ani Gachechiladze, the court"s decision is a prominent example of censorship. According to her, the verdict will be appealed.
