Giorgi Botkoveli, Head of Kakheti Regional Organization of United National Movement, gave special certificates to the population, affected by Georgian Dream"s government in Telavi. The certificates were awarded to those families who were left homeless as well as pensioners who could not pay looks, taken for treatment and those people, who were dismissed from their work due to their political views.

The certificate implies that "United National Movement" is obliged to reimburse the financial damage to victims after returning to power.
