Sitting of the investigative commission on the murder of juveniles on Khorava Street went on at the background of strong noise. The head of the Tbilisi Police Department and investigators of the case answered the questions of the commission members.

The member of "European Georgia" Irakli Abesadze was interested whether the head of the Tbilisi Police Department and investigator and Mirza Subeliani knew each other. Abesadze requested a video showing how Mirza Subeliani is leaving with Tengiz Kalandia the courtyard of the house. However, it is recorded in the protocol that everyone in the video is identifiable except for Mirza Subeliani. Irakli Abesadze asked why Mirza Subeliani was not identified.
In response to Irakli Abesadze, the investigator said that he did not recognize Mirza Subeliani.

"I do not know Mirza Subeliani, so I could not write his name in the protocol," said investigator Irakli Pipia.

Sergi Kapanadze addressed the investigator and inquired whether the investigators were able to communicate with each other in order to identify the person in the video.
