Mamuka Bakhtadze called on Russia to fulfil its obligations in 2008.

" A ceasefire agreement was signed in 2008 and I would like to urge Russia to fulfil its obligations and withdraw its military units from the territory of Georgia, it will be the most correct sign to start normalizing our relations," Bakhtadze said.
