Zurab Nasaraia, the donor and supporter of "Georgian Dream" became governor of Guria - Nasaraia is former member of Union of Citizens of Georgia

Zurab Nasaraia is a new governor of Guria. He was a chairman of the Railway Trade Union and most probably the Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze knows him from the period of work in the railway.

Nasaraia is also an active donor of "Georgian Dream". In 2013, he has donated 6000 GEL to the party. Earlier Nasaraia was a member of the Union of Citizens of Georgia.

The Guria governor left the position unexpectedly before the appointment of governors by the Prime Minister. Merab Chanukvadze has released information about his resignation in the social network.
